For Guangzhou, the best places to go are Chen Clan Academy, the Yuexiu Park, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and the Shamian Island.
Then I suggest you to Chengdu for several days. There your time is enough for you to visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong.0
