Hi, the fact is that it is very difficult to get visa in a third country unless you are a resident. Anyway, you can have it a try if you are already in Vietnam.

No i'm in Thailand but traveling to Vietnam in about 2 weeks, need to be shure other wise i'll get one in BKK, but would be nice if i can spare me the trip to BKK.Thanks anyway....
