packacge stuck on PVG NULL

Can someone help track my package, its been stuck on PVG NULL the tracking is; CP256238471CN

The status refers to that your parcel was delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) for customs check then. After that, it would left China by air. Therfore, it should be on the way or have arrived in the US now. You are advised to check it at your local post office!
