Please Help me on the status of my parcel? on my email it says that my parcel was Shipped on April 2

Good Day,
I have ordered from Xiamen (China) to Iloilo (Philippines)
My tracking number is RC542330505CN and the status is "Departure from outward office of exchange "
on Tue, 15 Apr 2014 18:07:00 GMT until today. And the estimated arrival of the parcel is around 13-29days.

I was hoping if you could give me some clarification regards on the status of my parcel? if it's delayed or something.

It has arrived in your country around Apr. 21. You'd better go to your local post office to pick it up on your own!
