where is the Mosque in Hangzhou. How to I go there from west bus station

As I know, the local Phoenix Mosque (凤凰寺) is a famous one and it is the center of muslim people. It is at No. 227, North Zhongshan Road, Xiacheng District.

From this mosque, you can walk to the Ding'an Road Station to take the local subway line 1 to reach Wulin Square Station. Then walk to the Wu Lin Guang Chang Bei Station (North Wulin Square) Station to take bus line B4 to reach Qi Che Xi Zhan (West Bus Station). Get off the bus, you can walk to the west bus station easily.
