Can I bring a baby food processor as hand luggage?

We r flying into Changsha for a week tour and then fly to Shanghai. Wondering if I can take the baby milk warmer/ food processor as hand luggage? Flying China Easter airline from Malaysia to Changsha, Shanghai airline from Changsha to Shanghai TQ

Hi, I am afraid that the baby milk warmer or food processor are not allowed to be taken as hand luggage. It is better to take electrical appliance as checked luggage.
