Is there a cheap hostel in Huaihua near the railway station?

Hi! My train arrives on HH at 00.05 (in the night) and I need to get to Fenghuang. This means that I have to sleep somewhere in this city and wait untill morning (or maybe there is a connection in the night??).

Are there any cheap places (like hostels) to stay in ??
