I want to go to Beijing CBD , Shuang Jing from Tianjin Dongli by train, Please suggest possible way

Which specific place are you at in Dongli District?
Generally speaking, you can use the local subway line 2 to reach TJ Railway Station, where you can find the intercity trains to Beijing easily.

The train will reach the south railway station. Upon reaching, you can use the local subway line 4 to reach Jiaomen West Station and change to take the line 10 to Shuangjing Station.

I don't Know Chinese language, but i know english, How will I get to know which trains to boards,
Is there any indication etc to know in English language.

Please do not worry. All the signs are written in both Chinese and English, so I am sure you can find the correct place to board the train.
