Born on 12/31/1997 , can anyone tell me if I am rat or something else...?

Okay, so i was born on new years eve 12/31/1997
I saw 1997 on the years of the rat but I'm not sure im rat....also, the characteristics don't match up at ALL I'm a very outgoing person, and my room is Not neat and tidy whereas the rat supposedly is timid on the weaknesses and supposedly very neat and tidy etc...so, can anyone tell me if I am rat or something else...? thank you :)
