MTR is highly recommended. Walk from Luo Hu, Shenzhen to cross the Border to get into HK at Lo Wu. At Lo Wu mtr station, you can take East Rail line to Kowloon Tong, where transfer to Kwun Tong line to Yau Ma Tei. After that, at this station, take Tsuen Wan line to Central. Get out from exit D2 and you can easily walk to the destination. The whole trip takes around 70min.
