Hello, my question is directed toward timelines for visa application for spouse.My now Fiance who would be my husband by the time I plan to go to school or work in China, will need to get an S, but my question is regarding when to apply. Will I need to go to China ahead of him and then he will apply once I'm there? Or, will he be able to apply for the S while I'm still here in the USA and we can then go to China together?
