need to buy a traditional chinese dress for my 1 year old daughter in guangzhou. kindly suggest....

Generally, we call that Tang Suit (唐装). You can find such clothing store both at Beijing Road and Shangxia Jiulu Pedestrian. They are not expensive and look very good. Just go for a try!
