How to get money back?

one of my friend named : vikas bhandhari and he was traveling in shanghai china and few guys stolen his credit card and money and after swapping $3000 usd he given them card back and taken sign. After 2 hours we immediately called to our bank and ask them for stop payment of last transaction.. well the promised that they will stop payment and it has already less from bank a/c so anyone can suggest that can I get my money back??

As for this case, nothing can be down to retrieve the money! Sorry.

Hi kevin, but after 30 min of last transition , he immediately called to bank and forward them dispute forum and even bank said that it's still save and they didn't transfered yet.. but i do not believe on banks talks.. so please advice what we can do and how we can get our money back??

As he forwarded a dispute to the bank, the account of the card should have been frozen, no money less then! Therefore, just ask him to go to the bank or consult the credit card center to handle the problem then. Don't worry! His money is safe according to your description!

Hi Kevin, but how he show to his bank that his card was stolen?without police report or F.I.R is bank believe on dispute form request?
