About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Please help with parcle RB507884962CN

purchased on the 2nd of april I was given tracking number on the 8th so waited until the 10th to track this item now since the 12th of April my parcel has been stuck at 收寄局收寄, 济南市函件广告局大宗业务中心, 英国 .........I have contacted the seller and they say sometimes china post don't update .......whay do I do is it lost ? please help

No, it is not lost! And your seller is partly correct. The online information doesn't update timely sometimes, so the actual moves of a parcel are faster! I just tracked your parcel. It was collected by China Post on Apr. 12 and on Apr. 24, it was opened to check in Jinan! It is moving. Don't worry!
