Applying China visa in Singapore while overseas

Hi, we are Singapore PR, traveling in Philippines these two months. I have a family holiday in China in May but forgot to apply for it before I leave Singapore. Can I send my passports back to Singapore and get an agent to apply on behalf?

Hi, you should be physically in singapore if you apply for visa. They will notice this when checking your passport. For your case, you can have a try to apply in the Philippines instead.
