Well, you can take the Airport Express to Tsing Yi, where transfer to Tung Chung mtr line to Nam Cheong. There you can easily transfer to West Rail line to Hung Hom directly!
Besides the train travel, airpoer shuttle bus no. A2 can directly take you from HKIA to Hung Hom by the way!0
