About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

My carry on weighy 12kg. I cannot check in as these are valuable items. Can I just pay extra?

Flying from san francisco to the philippines. Thanks

Generally speaking, you are not allowed to take extra luggage onto the plane, though you are willing to pay extra! Anyway, which airlines will u use? Then I can check the detailed baggage regulations for you!
