About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Hi there, I would like to know where are all my parcels?

They have to arrived at Cape Town, South Africa. All those parcel are stuck weeks ago. Please, help me.

Parcel 1 number: RC294091140CN was shipped out the 1st of April.

Parcel 2 number: RC823278505CN was shipped the 1st of April. It is stuck too.

Parcel 3 number: RC827183777CN was shipped the 3rd of April. It is stuck as well.

Parcel 4 number:RC676698623CN was shipped the 9th of April.

I just tracked and here are the latest infor:
RC294091140CN: 2014-04-21 07:37, Incomming International, JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

RC823278505CN was opened in Guangzhou on Apr. 14.

RC827183777CN was dispatched from Hangzhou on Apr. 12.

RC676698623CN was delivered to Guangzhou Airport (CAN) for customs check. By now, it should have left China!

All of them are moving. Don't worry!
