hi., is it possible to apply student visa for a kid studying in a kindergarten in china?

I am holding a F business type., and will change mine to Z soon. In the mean time,. my kid who is studying in a Kindergarten here. his L type will expire soon. Can I apply a X type for him here? what is the procedure and documents required? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, you are advised to visit local PSB for this directly. As I know, student X is issued to university student. I think your kid is able to apply for S type to stay with you while studying.
