I will not have much time in HK. is it possible to visit avenue of star in the morning arround 8 Am, and how much is the cost?

The Star of Avenue can be visited for free. From the Admiralty, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui Station in about four minutes. Then you need to follow the direction boards to walk to the Star of Avenue in about 5 minutes. It is possible to visit that place in around 08:00.
