From the Ngong Ping, you need to go back to the Tung Chung Station by either cable car or local public bus. From Tung Chung Station, you can take the Tung Chung Line to HK Station. Then you can walk to the Central Station to take the Island Line to Admiralty Station. Get out of the station walk to the Admiralty West Bus Station There you can find the bus line 629 to take you to the Ocean Park directly.
