If I understand correctly, here is what you want to know:
From India, you can fly to Shanghai Pudong Airport first and then take a high speed train to get to NB, because Shanghai is much nearer to the city than Beijing!0

but if you fly via Beijing you can take connection to NB Airport directly. Much faster and convenient
In Shanghai Between Pudong airport and train approx 3 hours with transfer time0
