on 12/04/2014 this came to India & deliver to me. but I refused to get it & returned it because I ordered a mobile phone but parcel was came as a letter. just a peace of paper. so I refused & returned. but that details were not found in the tracking list. even no information that it reached India. please someone help me.

As for your case, the letter will be sent back to the seller or sender, so you are advised to ask the seller as soon as possible!

in that letter they didn't mentioned the from address. that was another problem. the seller is telling that someone stone the product & just sent you the receipt of that parcel.
