About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

From HK airport arrival time at 8 am, is it possible to be in the peak at around 11 am by riding a bus?

What bus will i need to ride? Or what other transportation i need to get with a cheapest fare.

Yes, it is possible! You can take airport shuttle bus no. E11 to Jardine House, Connaught Road Central and then walk to Connaught Road Central, Outside CityHall Carpark bus stop to take bus no. 1 to the peak directly! The whole trip takes around 105min! The bus fare is 30.2HKD per person.
