Is there a direct bus connection from Lanzhou to Tongxin in Ningxia, from which station and when ?

I heard there are direct buses at Lanzhou East Bus Station to Tongxin, but not sure. U'd better consult further. However, a direct train operates between the two places, no. K9664. It takes no more than 8h and leaves from Lanzhou Railway Station at 19:15.
