About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Can someone tell me where is my package?

The tracking number is RC394758121CN. When I check it online, the last status is Export Customs Scan and it haven`t changed since 1st of April

I found the same infor as you did. It is so strange, but probably it is transferring somewhere. A the location is hard to tell, so there is no update! Just wait for it patiently and it will arrive at last!
