About:Entry Regulations of China

could i know what document needed to declare money more than 5,000 US Dollar?

If you really need to bring more than 5000 USD, then you'd better keep 5000 USD in cash and deposit the rest in your debit card or change it into a cheque. Then you can bring them legally and successfully into China.
