hengyang east train station to mount hengshan

Question

Hi, I am planning a trip next month to Mt Hengshan from Guangzhou. My plan is travel to reach HY east train station at 12pm, travel to Nanyue and check in hotel, visit the scenic area and stay a night in Nanyue hotel, Morning do some sightseeing and back to HY train station and back to Guangzhou. I need some advice on the following:1) From Hengyeng East Train Station, how do I travel to Mt Hengshan and the traveling time?2) I intend to stay a night, is it recommend to stay HY, Nanyue or Hengshan county?3) How long does it take to cover Mt Hengshan?Thanks in Advance

1. Upon arriving, you can take a taxi to local Central Bus Station to take a direct bus to Mt. Hengshan!2. I suggest you stay for a night at Hengshan county!3. To cover all the major attractions, 1-2 days are recommended!
