collect train ticker / payment method

I'm tourist, I book train ticket from Hangzhou to Beijng via online, I choose collect ticket by myself, please advise me that how can I collect by myself.And if we choose payment later, kindly advise me how can and where is the payment couter?Have any additional fee for this case?

You can go any o the ticket windows to change your paper tickets!2.
