About Zhangye Danxia Landform

Hi , do taxi driver in ZY understand if we say we want to go to Danxia Landform ? How much time it take to visit the landform and return. Whats the best time of the day to visit and how much the taxi take for a return trip???

Yes, most taxi drivers know the Danxia Landform. To ensure a smooth trip, you can show this to a driver to get you there: 张掖丹霞地貌.

The lanform is around 40km from ZY city. To have a round trip and considering the sightseeing duration, you need at least half a day!

Generally speaking, the view in the morning and afternoon are best and many tourists don't wanna miss the sunrise and sunset! If you wanna rent a taxi for a return trip, around CNY200 is needed!
