Hi, Servet. From your city, there is no direct flight to Liaocheng city. In my opinion, you can fly to Beijing first by Turkish Airlines. Then take a train from Beijing West Railway Station or BJ Railway Station to Liaocheng. The train takes about 5 hours. For the detail timetable of the train, you a suggested to look for in the Train Section on this website. Or you can even take a bus for Liaocheng. Hope it can help you.
