looking for help tracking RC967696049CN

It has been over 3 weeks and when I key in tracking code it keeps telling me not found. Seller promises they shipped my order

You may ask the seller to show the proof that your parcel was sent to you. Once they give your items to China Post, they will receive a tiny receipt. You may ask to see that receipt.
