process time for visa request: german visitor in kuala lumpur

My husband and I live in China. Our daughter traveled with a one-enty to visit us. During her visit we want to make a trip to Kuala Lumpur, but then she can't travel back to China. Question: if we are in Kuala Lumpur how much time will it take to apply?Thanks in advance, Maria
