How long does it take to clear custom service at KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO?

Two of my items (1) RB517762787CN and (2) RB866439837CN reached KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO at the same day, 3rd of April 2014. One of the item (2) RB866439837CN was again dispatched on the 9th of april mentioning 'send items to domestic location' while the other one (1)RB517762787CN still stuck and have no activity since then!! Its been too long, more than 10 days now. What can be done? what might be wrong? Can there be any valid reason? Should I just keep on waiting, waiting and waiting???
