What is the price of visa for dual-BG & US citizens to travel to Tibet from kathmandu, 8days tour?

We are dual citizens-BG & USA, traveling from kathmandu to Lhasa and then EBC-back kathmandu for 8days, using Nepalise travel agent. What will be the price for BG and US citizens and which one we can use. I am reading on your website visa for BG citizens free, other places say$40. I also find $140 for US citizens. Can we simply use our BG passports? If we travel june 15 and obtain visa in BG in May, would that be honored from Kathmandu? Also how many photos we need for the application? Thank you

Yes, you can apply with your BG passport. I don't think it's a good idea to apply Chinese visa in advance. It's said that all tourists who plan to enter Tibet from Kthmandu should cancel what they applied and then apply a new one at Chinese embassy in Kthmandu with their Tibet Travel Permit. Without this travel permit, you can't enter Tibet. So you'd better confirm that your travel agent can handle this for you.

Hallo, tahnk you for the answer. What is going to be the price for a 8day one obtained in Lathmandu (which is what we were planning on doing) and how many photos we need for that.

It is still free of charge for visa with BG passport. Generally, you need two photos for the application itself, but it is safe to prepare more if any.
