Hello, I asked you last time also, that my item is in Shanghai from 19 Mar 2014 , still it is at same place, and you answer me what I also can understand, that item is in Shanghai  and you said it is under custom and something. But I want ask that are you sure that it is still in the Shanghai and they didn't deliver it from there? I would like to ask you that can you please tell me the real state of the item that where it is now? may be by investigating there in Shanghai  office. I read most answers given on this site, these are just like you are also tracking and giving the same answer what tracking says. But that we also can understand, even I would like to tell you that I do not trust now the tracking system of China Post. So please I expect the real data from real investigation. Based on the tracking results, your parcel seems to get stuck at the customs. If you don't believe the tracking results, you should contact the sender and ask him to call China Post to figure out where your parcel is. He sent you the package so that he should be responsible for investigating what happened to your parcel.
