where is my parcels?

Hello,
could you help me? I've order my parcels of 2013 and has status NULL. Location: 10010200
Tracking Number: RB258537875CN
and second parcel status Unsuccessful delivery, Tracking number: RB708687332CN

It is so strange that both of the parcels have been delivered for such a long time. They must have been in your country now. I suggest you go to your local post office to check their status right now!
