About:China Business Visa

Visa got expired without visit

Hi, i am from pakistan, few months back i applied for M and got the same accordingly but due to some reassons i failed o visit there, now it is going to expire on 20th April, it would be highly appreciated if you guys could answer my below questions:

1) do i need to do the same process again?
2) if yes then do i also need to submit the Police Character Certificate which pakistani people required to submit if they are going first time to china.
3) do i need to wait till it expire or i can apply any time

please some urgent replies required.

Hi, you can enter China before 20th April when it is still valid. Otherwise, you have to apply for a new one again anytime you want. This time you will not be considered as the first time visitor.

Thank you so much for your reply, but it will be appreciated if you could please tell me as i wont be flying to china before 20th so do i need to provide them the invitation letter this time also for new visa??

Yes, the invitation letter is needed again when you apply for a new M type. But you needn't provide your round-trip air tickets and hotel booking.
