difference of CP & RA of China Post tracking numbers

Whats the different with the first 2 word CN and RA?Because, my first package tracking number was starting with CN...but this time is RA.....which one is faster?

They are both sent via China Post Mail. Tracking numbers starting with R refers that your parcel is below 4.4 lb (2 kg). These starting with C means your parcel is more than 4.4 lb (2 kg). Generally speaking, it's faster to send packages below 2 kg. However, you should know that the difference between R and C is how much your parcel weighs.
