About:FAQ on China Postal Service

This is my tracking EE967461689CN

For 3 business days after this guy gave tracking it still says cant find the item and he even sent me the screen of the actual EMS tracking ticket with my name, address, city, state, and TRACKING at the top. When i asked he said "it's customs" thats it.

I am afraid this tracking number is wrong. There is no tracking result on the EMS website.
