wheres my parcel RC799132074CN ?

please help I have tracked my parcel and all it says is "Arrived Import Customs" when will I receive it?

Yes, it already arrived in GB. 24 day is gone. But you still don't get it. It's possible that your parcel was stopped by the customs.

You should contact the customs and ask why your parcel was blocked. If there is no solution, you need to ask help from the sender.
