If so, it almost impossible to reach HKIA by 05:00.
From ZH, there is no direct shuttle bus to HKIA. The first ferry from Jiuzhou Port, ZH is at 09:30. You cannot even make a transfer from Shenzhen to HKIA, because the first bus from ZH Gongbei to SZ is at around 05:45.

You need to go to HK one day in advance and use local transportation to HKIA early in the morning.
