Is it possible to go and take a short tour for 3 hours to Lantau Island?

We'll be leaving by 4 pm but would love to take a short trip to Lantau Island in the morning. Is it possible?

According to my experience, it is possible and during the three hours, you can just visit the Ngong Ping Town and have a try about the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car.
