Is there a bus from shanghai to Huangshan? What bus number and cost? How often does it run?

Yes, there is! You can take a direct bus at Shanghai South Long-distance Bus Station to get there. There is no an exact bus numer actually! The bus fare is CNY148 per person!

As I know, four or five buses are scheduled every day for the trip and the possible timetable is as follows:
