About:FAQ on China Postal Service

This is my tracking number RC482769249CN

The parcel is stuck on the status of : "departure from outward office of exchange" since march 19th. And its now april 8th.. I asked dealextreme whether there is a problem. They said the delay is caused by china customs and asked me to wait 2 more weeks. Is it true ? What should I do now ? Pls help me

What did you buy? It seems that the customs didn't let it go. I am not sure if your item is required to be taxed. If so, that's why it was held by the customs. You might force the seller to contact the customs or China Post to figure out what happened.

I have bought WOMATE 2 - It's a gadget which permits to use a 2nd sim by standby on smartphone. if it blocked on customs, the parcel shoud have been returned to DealExtreme but in my case it was not returned. They asked me to wait 2 more weeks.
