Do they have blow dryers in the better hotels? Is it safe to each the rice throught China?

Judy, there are blow dryers in the hotel rooms. If you can't find it in your room, you can go to the reception desk to borrow one or call the waiter to send one to you. I have been to PRC many times. The rice is safe and delicious.0
