when should i apply for visa if want to visit in summer?

Hi, I need to apply for a tourist L for my boss who wants to visit in summer (June/July/August).  if I apply now will it still be valid for travel in 2/3 months?  Also I note that Qatari citizens need a financial capability letter.  My boss is Lebanese but living in Qatar, does he still need to provide this letter?  many thanks  Sally

Hi, a single entry tourist L is valid for 3 months from issue date, so it is ok to apply now if he is planning to visit in June. He should provide valid Nepal visa or valid Residence Permit in Nepal and its copy, round-trip ticket, hotel booking, travel itinerary and Personal written statement, certification letter from the working unit, original copy of recent 6-month bank statement.
