whats the best way to crown plaza east from macao ferry terminal?

I wonder whether you refer to Crown Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East Hotel. If so, you can take a ferry at the Macao Ferry Terminal to HK-Macao Ferry Terminal. Then walk to Sheung Wan MTR station to take Island line to North Point, where transfer to Tseung Kwan O line to get off at Tseung Kwan O station. Get out from exit A1 and you can walk to your hotel!0
