You can take the bus line 11 to reach Tung Chung Station and then use the local mtr to reach Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
From Tung Chung Station, you can take the Tung Chung Line to reach Lai King Station and then change to Tsuen Wan Line to reach Tsim Sha Tsui Station.

The bus line 11 takes about 40 minutes. The mtr from Tung Chung to TST Station takes about 40 minutes.

After visiting the Buddha, you need to take a bus line 21 to Tai O.
After visiting Tai O, you still need to go back to Tung Chung Station to make a transfer. From Tai O to Tung Chung, there is direct bus Line 11, so you can take this bus to Tung Chung directly instead of taking bus 21 to Ngong Ping Town and than using bus cable car to Tung Chung.

From Tung Chung, you need to use the local MTR to go back to TST.

Hope this time it is clear for you.
