Can please guide me on how to go to the comfort living inn hotel from hong kong airport?

Is there any free shuttle bus go to the comfort living inn hotel? How long will be there?

I'm afraid there is no free shuttle bus to this hotel. You are advised to take shuttle bus no. E21 at HKIA to ge off at Cheung Sha Wan Post Office, Cheung Sha Wan Road and then walk to your hotel! The whole journey takes around 65min!
